Stir over ice cubes & garnish w/ onion.

1 oz Vodka
5 oz Grapefruit Juice

Irish Coffee:
3/4 oz Irish Whiskey

Sugar rim of snifter, pour ingredients and coffee to fill. Top w/ whipped cream & a dash of Kahlua.

Long Island Iced Tea:
1/5 oz Gin
1/5 oz Vodka
1/5 oz White Rum
1/5 oz Tequila
1/5 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cola
Build in a Collins glass over ice cubes.

Mai Tai:
3/4 oz Dark Rum
1/4 oz Cointreau
3 oz OJ
2 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
Shake ingredients and pour over ice cubes.

Drop of Bitters
Stir together along w/ ice cubes, then strain.
